All Seasons Cleaning – 318 Exterior Cleaning Leads

All Seasons Cleaning is a professional cleaning business who are Checkatrade approved and a Which? Trusted Trader.  They provide services to both domestic and commercial clients in the South East. The cleaning services they provide as wide-ranging but they focus on exterior cleaning, gutter clearance and roof cleaning. 

The Aim

All Seasons Cleaning and Digitool partnered up because All Seasons wanted to generate more sales enquiries from local customers. Particularly, they wanted to focus on boosting the amount of exterior leads they received. 

The main aim was to:

  • Win more exterior, roof and gutter cleaning leads in their immediate local area

We created a lead generation campaign and landing page.

For All Seasons, we targeted:

  • roof cleaning leads
  • gutter cleaning leads
  • moss removal leads
  • conservatory cleaning leads

 

Performance Summary

How many leads we got

Between the 1st of January 2022 and the 31st of December 2023, we spent £3018.78 in ad spend and sent 318 leads:  

    • 274 phone call leads
    • 44 email leads
    • That’s a total of 318 new leads (with an average cost per lead of £9.49)

The estimated ROI

All of our clients have their own Digitool dashboard that lets them see their costs, leads, and an estimated ROI (which is calculated based on each client’s own sales targets) in real-time:

  • The estimate is that they convert 70% of leads into jobs
  • The estimate of their average job value is £120
