BDS is a professional cleaning business based just outside of Edinburgh. They provide carpet and upholstery cleaning services to both domestic and commercial clients across Scotland.
The Aim
BDS and Digitool partnered up because BDS wanted to generate more bookings from local customers. Particularly, they wanted to focus on boosting the amount of carpet cleaning leads they received.
The main aim was to:
- Win more work in the local Broxburn and West Edinburgh areas.

How many leads we got
Between the 1st of March 2022 and the 31st of March 2023, we spent £2097.80 in ad spend and sent 219 leads:

- 145 phone call leads
- 74 email leads
- That’s a total of 219 new leads (with an average cost per lead of £9.57)
The estimated ROI
