Jumbuck Restoration is a cleaning business based in Melbourne, Australia. They offer a wide range of home services to local customers.

For decades offline marketing had kept a steady stream of new job bookings coming through the door. Unfortunately, with their target customers spending more and more time online, those offline marketing methods had seen new job numbers in decline for years.

Like many family run businesses, Jumbuck had a wealth of experience, a rock-solid set of services and a team of dedicated staff ready to help their customers. The problem they had was getting this message in front of people online, and so the guys at Jumbuck found that winning new business digitally seemed nearly impossible.

The Solution

Digitool have helped hundreds of family businesses like Jumbuck make the transition from ‘offline’ to ‘online’ over the years.

We got to work building out a series of ad campaigns on Google that would target cleaning searches made in Melbourne. Now, when local people looked for home services, our ads would show at the very top of the page. We built a set of ads to target each niche:

  • Carpet Cleaning
  • Rug Cleaning
  • Upholstery Cleaning
  • Hard Floor Cleaning

Instead of forwarding all the traffic to Jumbucks website we used a series of specially designed landing pages that are unique to Digitool. These pages work far better than a normal site because they are purpose built to work with ads. Using a series of dynamic features along with AI, our landing pages bring in more leads, accurately track results and boost ROI.

 

The Results

Since starting in January 2020 we generated 1199 cleaning and restoration leads for Jumbuck. These leads are a mix of phone calls and email enquiries. With an ad-spend of just $6,010 they are looking to target an ROI of $209,825
