We charge a flat fee to create and manage your Google Ads campaign. This fee does not change if you wish to spend more on your Google Ads budget.
£900 – £2,000 per month to Google Ads
This is what most of the businesses we work with spend between and get a healthy Return On Investment. But you decide what you want to spend. You decide what you want to spend on your Google Ads budget each month. We can advise based on how many leads you want for your business.

Our management fee is £399 + VAT per month.
Additionally, you decide your monthly Google Ads budget. Most of the businesses we work with spend between £900 – 2,000 per month and get a healthy Return On Investment. We can advise what you should spend based on how many new leads you want for your business.
Your Digitool management fees are paid by Direct Debit each month. You then pay your Google Ads budget directly to Google. These payments to Google are debited from your bank every 30-days or when you hit your allocated credit limit, whichever comes first.
We find it more transparent to separate the two. This way you know exactly how much is being spent to generate you more work and exactly how much our fees are.
No. When you sign up we ask that you stay with us for 3 months. This gives us time to show you some fantastic, consistent results. After that, you move onto a rolling contract. If you ever want to stop working with us, you would just need to give us 1- month’s notice.
Book in a 45 minute call with us. We will have an honest conversation and give you a realistic estimate of how many leads you could get. We work this out based on your budget, industry, location and number of competitors. We will only work with you if we are confident we can generate you new leads.
We also offer a “New Customer Guarantee”. If you do not receive any new leads within 1 full month of working with us, we will refund you 100% of our management fees and you can cancel your contract with us. No questions asked.
You must be spending a minimum of £700 per full month to qualify for the new customer guarantee scheme.
You’ll get a custom built dashboard that will report all your lead generation stats in real-time. With your dashboard you will be able to see detailed information about your leads like call details, call recordings and contact form submissions. Another key feature of your dashboard is the ability to see all your campaign data such as costs, engagement and popular services.
We wrap all this data up with an easy to read ROI calculator included in your dashboard. The ROI calculator will give you estimated projections of your return on investment based on your costs, lead volumes and conversion rates.
All of our lead generation campaigns are built out under Digitool’s own umbrella platforms. This means that clients don’t own the accounts. We do it this way because it allows us to build better performing campaigns that are integrated and faster to manage.
