Versa Clean – 37 Roof Cleaning Leads

Versa Clean is an established exterior cleaning business who are based in Stoke-On-Trent and that covers the Staffordshire and Cheshire counties. They have a fantastic local reputation and are five-star rated on Google and Facebook. The services they provide their customers include window cleaning, fascia and conservatory cleaning, gutter cleaning, and roof moss removal and cleaning. 

The Aim

Versa Clean and Digitool partnered up because Versa Clean wanted to generate more exterior cleaning leads for their business. In particular, they wanted to focus on getting more roof-cleaning leads.

The main aim was to:

  • Generate roof cleaning and roof moss removal enquires for their sales team

Between the 8th of December 2022 and the 21st of February 2023, we spent £1095 in ad spend and sent 37 leads:  

    • 23 phone call leads
    • 14 email leads
    • That’s a total of 37 new leads (with an average cost per lead of £29.59)

The estimated ROI
