Twist of Silver is a local, family-run plumbing business who are based in Sussex. They have an excellent reputation for great service and are five-star rated on Google. The services they provide their customers include general plumbing, but also high-end bathroom fitting and kitchen fitting.

The Aim

Twist of Silver and Digitool partnered up because Twist of Silver wanted to generate more bathroom fitting and kitchen fitting leads for their business.

The main aim was to:

  • Generate bathroom fitting and kitchen fitting enquires for the business owner to convert into onsite quotes

    • 54 phone call leads
    • 25 email leads
    • That’s a total of 79 new leads (with an average cost per lead of £16.48)

The estimated ROI
