Twist of Silver is a local, family-run plumbing and heating business who are based in Sussex. They have an excellent reputation for great service and are five-star rated on Google. The services they provide their customers include general plumbing, boiler installation, boiler maintenance and repair, gas and heating services, and drain unblocking. 

The Aim

Twist of Silver and Digitool partnered up because Twist of Silver wanted to generate more plumbing leads for their business.

The main aim was to:

  • Generate plumbing and heating enquires for the business owner to convert into bookings

    • 171 phone call leads
    • 41 email leads
    • That’s a total of 212 new leads (with an average cost per lead of £7.69)

The estimated ROI
