Referral Offer – Terms & Conditions

1. The Offer

Refer a new business to us and receive 2 months of free management (worth up to £490) once they become a paying client and meet the criteria below.

2. What Counts as a Valid Referral

To qualify for the referral reward:

  • The business must be new to us (we have not previously been in contact or in discussions with them)
  • They must be referred through your submission on this page or directly introduced by you
  • Only one referrer per business is allowed (the first referral received will qualify)

3. When the Reward is Triggered

The referral reward is activated once your referral has completed 3 months of paid service with us.

  • If your referral pays 3 months upfront, the reward will be applied after the first full month has completed
  • If they are on monthly payments, the reward will be applied after 3 separate monthly invoices have been paid

If your referral cancels before this point, the reward will not be issued.

4. How the Reward is Applied

    • The reward is applied as a credit to your account
    • It will be automatically used against your next two invoices
    • The reward has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred
    • The maximum reward value is £490 (plus VAT for UK qualifying businesses)

If your management fees for the two-month period are:

    • £490 or less the full amount will be covered
    • More than £490 the reward will be capped at £490, and you will be responsible for paying the remaining balance

5. Multiple Referrals

There is no limit to how many businesses you can refer.

  • Each successful referral qualifies for a separate 2-month reward
  • If you earn multiple referral rewards, each reward will be applied separately and the £490 cap will apply to each individual 2 month period of free management
  • If multiple referrals sign up, rewards will stack and be applied consecutively
    • (e.g. 2 referrals = 4 months of free management)

6. Suitability & Acceptance

We aim to deliver strong results for every client we work with.

  • We will assess each referral to ensure they are a good fit for our services
  • If we believe we cannot achieve the right results or the service is not suitable, we will be open about this
  • In these cases, we reserve the right not to proceed, and no referral reward will be issued

7. No Obligation / No Pressure

All referrals will be contacted in a professional, no-pressure manner.

There is no obligation for your referral to sign up, and no negative impact on you if they choose not to proceed.

8. Referral Ownership

  • Only the first referral received for a business will qualify
  • We are not responsible for disputes between multiple parties referring the same business

9. Changes to the Offer

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw this referral offer at any time without prior notice.

However, any valid referrals already submitted before changes are made will still be honoured under the terms in place at the time.
