County Carpet Cleaning – 259 Carpet Cleaning Leads

County Carpet Cleaning is a specialist carpet cleaning business based in Horley, Surrey.  They work with both domestic and commercial customers across Surrey and Sussex. The team is Woolsafe-approved and Pro-chem trained. County Carpet Cleaning provide a range of higher-end carpet care services that include carpet cleaning, stain removal, upholstery cleaning and rug cleaning.

The Aim

County Carpet Cleaning and Digitool partnered up because County Carpet Cleaning wanted to generate more sales enquiries from potential customers. Particularly, they wanted to focus on boosting the amount of carpet cleaning leads they received. 

The main aim was to:

Between the 10th of May 2022 and the 16th of March 2023, we spent £3,747.67 in ad spend and sent them 259 carpet cleaning leads:  

    • 153 phone call leads
    • 106 email leads
    • That’s a total of 259 new leads (with an average cost per lead of £14.46)

The estimated ROI
