1058 Fire, Flood & Property Restoration Leads

Disaster Care Platinum is a market leading restoration company. They work directly with many of the UK’s top insurance companies to provide nationwide support to homes and businesses that have suffered a fire, flood or other type of property damage.

B2C Leads Needed!

DCP partnered with Digitool back in September 2020 on an exciting new campaign that would make them more visible in the B2C restoration market, leading to an increase in non-insurance related private work. The team wanted to begin reaching this B2C market online through Ads and wanted our support to:

  1. Create high performance ad campaigns that could generate restoration leads
  2. Help launch a new website
  3. Track and analyse the performance data so that the campaigns success could be measured effectively by each of DCP’s teams

Because Digitool are experts in digital marketing and specialise in lead generation for the cleaning and trades industries and so we were in a great position to help. Working closely with DCP’s management, marketing, ops and website teams we got to work.

Over a number of weeks we built out a series of ad campaigns that aimed to reach people searching on Google for restoration services. These ads were directed to the website which automatically funneled enquiries to correct department.

Because we wanted to be able react quickly when any changes needed to be made, we set-up real-time reporting system. Each team at DCP could easily monitor performance and so any issues were caught quickly and fixed.

 

1058 Restoration Leads

In just 6 months DCP received over 1058 leads! The cost per lead was only £26 (cheaper than restoration leads normally are). This was because DCP’s campaigns were far more targeted than their competitors.

With enquiries for private restoration work coming in the guys at DCP could start working on turning these new leads into sales. Digitools’ highly targeted approach had generated leads in each key service area which included:

  • Flood Damage Restoration
  • Fire Damage Restoration
  • Leak Detection
  • Mould Removal
  • Asbestos Testing
  • Trauma & Hazard Cleaning
  • Blast & Media Cleaning
