Reid Plumbing Services – 261 Plumbing Leads

Reid Plumbing Services are an established plumbing and heating business based in St Johns Wood, London. They have been in business since 2006 and are CHAS Approved Contractors. The business offers its customers a range of emergency and non-emergency services that include plumbing and heating repairs, pipe fitting and blocked drainage clearance. 

The Aim

Reid Plumbing Services and Digitool partnered up because Reid Plumbing Services wanted to generate more sales enquiries from potential customers. Particularly, they wanted to focus on boosting the amount of emergency plumbing leads they received. 

The main aim was to:

  • Generate more emergency plumbing and heating sales leads

Between the 11th of November 2022 and the 8th of March 2023, we spent £5251.55 in ad spend and sent 261 leads:  

    • 207 phone call leads
    • 54 email leads
    • That’s a total of 261 new leads (with an average cost per lead of £20.12)

The estimated ROI
