Reid & Co Developments Ltd is a professional builders business based in North London.  They provide building services to domestic clients in Greater London. The range of services they offer includes general building, roofing, home renovations, plumbing and electrics. 

The Aim

Reid & Co and Digitool partnered up because Reid & Co wanted to generate more sales enquiries from potential customers. Particularly, they wanted to focus on boosting the amount of home renovation leads they received. 

The main target of the campaign was:

  • To generate more onsite building and home renovation quotation bookings

For Reid, we targeted:

  • Kitchen renovation leads
  • Bathroom renovation leads
  • General building leads

Performance Summary

How many leads we got

Between the 14th of March 2023 and the 20th of July 2023, we spent £5,186 in ad spend and sent Reid & Co 159 building leads:  

    • 115 phone call leads
    • 44 email leads
    • That’s a total of 159 new leads (with an average cost per lead of £32.61)

  • They estimate they will convert 20% of leads into jobs
